The Open is a contemporary restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine where you can find fresh, seasonal produce, organic where possible. Capacity (80 seats).
From 2nd to 6th, at lunch, Open serves buffet of salads and desserts and a hot plate to the choice made at the time by our chef! (Water and 1 glass of wine included in the buffet).
In order to respond to all requests from the guests, Open features vegetarian, vegan, lactose free and suitable food for people with diabetes. Also has the gluten-free seal that results from a partnership between APC (Portuguese Association of Celiac) and Biotrab. This certification ensures that the restaurant has implemented a HACCP system adapted to the specification of the preparation of gluten-free meals inlcuding staff training, product traceability and qualification of ingredients.
